Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that I have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place.  If you cancel or re-schedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice then you will be required to pay 50% of your treatment cost. 

 

If you provide 12 hours notice or less or you do not show up for your appointment then 100% of the treatment cost will be payable.  I appreciate things crop up and life can sometimes get in the way, however I am a small business and have to remain strict with my policy. 

 

If you advise me that you feel unwell and ask if it's still OK to come to your appointment then unfortunately you will be asked to re-schedule and a cancellation fee will be asked to be paid.  This is because I am self employed and don't wish to risk getting unwell. 

 

Regarding COVID, it has been with us for some time now and everyone is aware of the risks when booking appointments, trips and various activities and I feel that a 24 hour notice period is extremely fair.  I cannot accept COVID and all the associated complications as a reason to cancel without paying a fee.
