Cancellation Policy

To re-schedule or cancel your appointment then please provide at least 24 hours notice otherwise 50% of your treatment cost is payable. If you provide 12 hours notice or less or do not show up then 100% is payable. This policy is in place so that I have enough time to offer your slot to someone else.
